My New Year Goals

SMART Goal info

Setting goals is hard, thats why I use the SMART system to set my goals and strive to achieve them. (S-specifc M-measurable A-acheivable R-relevant T-timed).With this system I set my goals, and I set 3 goals that I believe I can achieve in this new year.


Grades in school

My goal is to get all A's and B's for the rest of the school year.

Getting a E-bike

I plan to ride atleast 5-10 miles a week on normal bike to get proficient at riding a normal bicycle.

Growing muscle

  • I plan to eat more calories and work out consistently at my schools weightlifghting class for atleast 30 minutes each school day.
  • I also have a tracking app called strengthlog to track my progress working out and staying consistent
  • I also aim to improve my form when workingout, i plan to do this by asking the coach and my friends on how to do certain execises, I aim to better my physical for the future year.
